I broke down the reel to clean and grease and I mixed up some spacer and an hour later... I have it so mixed around I cant find up from down!!!

I need a schematic or something for the reel.

Anybody have any ideas besides sending this off through BPS? Is there a dude in store who might be able to put her back together?

You've learned the first lesson of reel repair.  Don't disassemble unless you have the schematic in hand.

Just call & ask.  They should be able to get you a schematic.  Make sure you have the exact model number.

my dad did it one time with the same reel, screwed it up so bad, he had to send it back,

Unless you actually disassembled the gearing portion, it shouldn't be too difficult to get back together. Call BPS cust. service and ask them for the number of the reel repair dept. They will probably email you a copy.

I have last years Rick Clunn (without the cool non-slip surface finish), model #RCX10HC. Right hand retrieve, 6.4:1 ratio. If this is the one you need, pm me and I'll email you a scan of the manual.

Sad thing is i learned this with a Revo STX, OUCH!!! My local BPS actuall helped me out though! Just call and ask!

What model? I have several RC's and still have all of the paperwork (I think).
