frog reel

Featured Replies

ok i have a core and a steez 100 i use for frogs.as most of you know its my fav way to fish.i love the distance i get with these two reels, but there slow.just a little.i have never had a 7 to 1,and would like to try.being a frog reel i dont need crazy smooth or anything.

what im wondering is will i be able to cast a full size spro frog as far with a curado E7?as far as the steez or core?i use 50lbs braid.or would the chronarch D7 cast farther?i know it will for lighter stuff, but at this weight does it make a difference?

and im a lefty so no steez 7 to 1 for us :'(

Curado E7. Casting does not pepend so much on the reel as it does on the hands its in. its all in how well you set it up and you gotta have a good thumb
