i would like to, i am just starting to look into the ardents. But I dont want this to turn into an issue.  I just want to find out about the deepsouth rods.

I was just busting your nuts, most of my gear comes from third world, or some other LPM shop.

No Worries,SD. I cant find much informatation or reviews on these rods. But the price seems good and the small amount of info they may be worth a try.

Why don't you get in touch with them and get the information about their rods ?

What kind of components do they use , I'm sure if they are a reputable company , they will gladly answer your questions.

Did you try a google search ?

$139-150 is what I have found on line for the deepsouth line and the redneck series are cheaper. I think I am going to get a split grip flipping stick from them when I get back to florida.

deep south's are supper nice all the junior clubs in florida are sponsored by them but the are very high quality

Do they actually advertise "Made in America"???  I was under the impression that they were made overseas but I'm not certain.  I've fished with some last trip to Florida - they felt nice, but I still think it's hard to go wrong with Powell in that price range...
