Broken Spinning Reel.

Featured Replies

Well I bought a Mitchell 308xge from Cabelas around May, and I still have the box and warranty. And when I was riding to the fishing spot my brother had to slam on the brakes. When he slammed on the brakes a spare tire flung on my reel and bent the bail down far so it don't open correct. So how could I send it back into the company to get it fixed or replaced?

Didn't the paper work that came with it have a number you could call to order parts or where to send it to get it repaired ?

Call Cabela's (toll-free), tell them what you told us and ask what your next step should be.

Because it isn't a faulty reel being sold, go straight to the factory...
