what product do you think is the best to  epoxy  when you marbleize and or use for rod finish    flex coat, dinomite 2.  or is there some thing new and improved

I use the Diamond Two Rod Finish which costs from $15 to $40 depending on the size you want.  I know it's expensive but trust me it makes your rods look so much better.  The guides will look nicer and remember that it is your own custom rod so why not spend a little more money to make it that much better.

I build with Flex Coat exclusively.

All of my marbling/flaming is done with it, and tap resin pigment colors....
