I am seriously considering buying a pair of H30 sunglasses. Was wondering if anyone has had a pair and what they thought about them.

Are you sure you have the name right?

I have polarized glasses called H2o, actually full name is H2optics.

I just got them and so far I like them. They seem to be a decent for the price. I purchased mine off an ebay store for under $40 and had them in 3 days. I have yet to wear them on the water but they should be ok.....

I had never heard of them until I saw your post. I searched form them and gave them a look. My only comments are

1. I wouldn't spend serious money on fishing glasses unless I received a lifetime warranty on both the frames and the lenses.

2. All of the packages are marked 5$ more than if you bought the frame and the three lenses individually.

Just my opinion. I'd go with a more trusted brand such as Costa Del Mar, Maui Jim, Oakley, or Solar Bat. That's just my opinion.

I just did the math according to the H30 website.

Frames are $19.95

Lenses are $35 per set ($105 total for 3 sets, the package comes with 3 sets)

Based on my math thats $124.95 if purchased separately, $5 MORE than the package's price of $119.95.

The H30 site also states that the frames ARE warrantied for life, the lenses for 1 year against defects.

Sounds like an OK deal to me. I may actually try a pair!

Oakleys are my favorites. Polarized Monster Dogs. If you have an Oakley Vault (Outlet Store) near you, they have a clearance rack. You have to ask for them I got mine for $90 regular $180.00.
