Vendetta Spinning

Featured Replies

The Vendetta spinning rods are only $65 at my local tackle shop, but they are only available in a 2 piece. I was wondering if this would be a good rod for my girlfriend? I heard a lot about the casting series and plan to pick one of those too, but any opinions on the spinning series of the Vendetta?

I heard they were on the heavy side. Which model would be right for her? 7' Medium, Fast action 2-piece?

I think it would fine for her. They are really nice rods. I have the casting, and am waiting on the spinning to come off back order. Tell you what, at that price, buy it, and if you or her don't like it, pm me, and I'll take it off your hands for what you paid. That's a better rod than my wife uses by a mile!

For sure, my gf is using a Fenwick GT right now and I was about to pick up a 2010 GT for her until I saw the price of the Vendetta's. With all the great reviews on the casting series, I'm sure the spinning series won't be too shabby even if I find some minor dislikes.
