Cabela's Prodigy rods...

Anyone use them? I messed around with one the other day at Cabelas and the look and feel reminded me of a $100 Cumara. They almost seem to good for the price.  :-/

I have had one for about three years now. I used it regularly for quite a while and it worked great. It was pretty sensitive and very durable for a wide variety of techniques. For the price I really liked it, although I don't use it much now because I spent more money on expensive rods. But overall its a solid rod

I had one for a few months until I broke it (my fault) last year. I ended up returning it and getting a Crucial. It was a pretty good rod I am just not a fan of split grips. I had the 7ft MH rod and found it acted more like a M rod than a MH in my opinion.
