Looking to buy a new spinning rod for fresh and saltwater, but primarily freshwater. Was wondering if anyone has used the Energy pt spinning rod and how you like it. What action do you like for finesse fishing? Thanks

I have two energy pt casting rods and they are my personal favorite. I like these rods better than any rod 150$ or less as they are light have quality components and blanks and are super sensitive. You will be really happy if you get one I promise. They have split grips. For finesse I might try a m/L however you said you plan to use it some in the salt so I would go with a 7ft m.
