What site did you see this on? Will this be marketed to a specific region?  I'm not able to find any info about this stick anywhere, besides a link back to BR.  Fill us in on what you have found out  hahaha

Well what are its spec's ?

The rod discussed in the thread is 6'6", it's got 10 guides, extra fast taper, medium action, weighs 3.4 oz.  That's what I get out of it, along with the oohs and aahs.

I think the same site said release was set for fall 2010. I imagine they will either be unveiled at the Classic or at icast

TT says there will be more information released this weekend.

Pure Fishing always has some big new thing they keep low key for the Classic expos.

Another white rod (Just like Boyd Ducketts) blanks are probably made by the same company making Ducketts in China, I bet Abu's will be cheaper. :D

At least Abu had the sense to give it foam grips, the cork on the Duckett rods just turns my stomach.

I think its funny that Pantera61 posted this as a question, like "does anyone else have any info?" but ends up giving all the info and answering the questions.

The Abu rod has a much cleaner look to it.

WHAT SITE??????   :-[

ahhhhhhh thanks

ahhhhhhh thanks

It's a pretty good lookin rod.

I like it.  I need a 7' Med casting.....but Sept. due date.

It is an awesome looking rod.  I already have two Vendettas, and I am needing another rod.  Too bad that this thing will not be available until later this year.  I don't know which rod I should get and what I will use it for, as the two that I have now, generally serve all types of fishing I'm doing now

Honestly I am a big Diawa fan, but this rod definitely has my attention. Im in need of one or two rods and I guess I ll just wait till Sept. for one of the two.  But, in the mean time it will give me a chance to figure out which reel is going to choosen for the new storm trooper paint job.:D

I kinda like them.

I've been looking for a 7', M spinning rod to throw cranks at 'eyes...this may be the one.
