Wondering since this rod will be officially revealed at the classic, will it be on sale at the classic?  And if so, is anyone going and can we work out a deal for one to be picked up for me?  I will cover all costs

I could be wrong, but i don't think they launch till the end of the year. Not really sure.

I thought it wasnt being released until ICAST.  I think Ike gets to fish with them before that but you wont be able to buy one until this fall.

That is what I read at tackletour.com, that this rod is only in the prototype stages of development and Ike will fish it at the classic but it won't be for sale until late in the year.  They will get different guides than what Ike's rod will have during the classic.

The model I have been privileged to fish, in the short amount of time the snow has allowed me, has impressed me. I have it slated to be my utility rod, jerkbaits, spinnerbaits, shallow cranks and lipless cranks.  A very versatile stick!
