Falcon has removed their expert series from their website. Please don't tell me that they have removed them permanently. Does anybody know whats going on? Say it aint sooooo!!!

I'm pretty sure they are discontinued , I spoke with a rep at Falcon a couple of weeks ago concerning some info on an Expert I made a trade on and he told me they had problems with the current Experts.I would assume it was with the blanks , he did tell me that the older version of the Expert's were the best rod they have ever made.

So are you saying that my 09 expert is going to fall apart? I love it, and have had no problems so far. I hope it continues to hold up.

I'm not saying anything like that , just reporting what I found out from a Falcon rep. I've never handled the newer Expert but am sure it is a fine rod and hope you enjoy it.
