Need help with line choice for my cranks and spinnerbaits.  I've fished sufix mono for both applications but have heard of alot of guys throwing them on fluoro.  I fish mainly river systems, in canals, backwaters, etc.  Most of my spinnerbaits are 1/4oz and cranks are shallow squarebills.  Thanks!

i use mono because it streches.

I use mono for cranks and braid for spinnerbaits.  The braid on spinnerbaits allows me to feel subtle takes that I would never know about on mono until it would be too late.

I use braid for spinnerbaits, and fluoro for shallow cranks. For deep cranks I use thin (4/10) Fireline or an equivalent braid with a fluoro leader.
