Shimano Stradic making noise

I have 3 Stradics - just sent them out to be serviced this winter - one works great and very quiet - the other two make noise when I'm reeling.  Strangely, before I string the line through the eyelets, it make no noise when reeling.  As soon as I make the first cast, the noise (rubbing, fluttering type noise) starts.  I use 6lb Yozuri ultra soft, can't figure it out.

Anyone else have this problem.

    Sounds like the line roller needs attention. See if it rolls freely with your finger. Give me a call/pm/email if you'd like to discuss in more detail.
