Does anyone have any experience with these reels? Are they comparable to a Revo S, Citica?

I had one for a few weeks and the anti-reverse would sporadically stop working(I don't know if this is a common occurrence with this reel.)  Since it was a new reel I returned it and found a revo S for the same price so I opted for the revo. Other than the anti-reverse problem I think the two reels were comparable in castability and overall smoothness.  The centrifugal braking system is slightly different on the orra but both seem to work fine.

I have four and love them.  One had a problem with the anti reverse but i sent it back to *** and they swapped it out with a new one.  They are very smooth and cast great! 

if you're after long-term durability and smoothness, the single most important thing you can look for is a reel made with a solid, one-piece frame of either aluminum or magnesium. multi-piece or graphite framed reels may feel fine in the store when they're new and you're just spinning the handle around but they'll flex under load or change alignment during extended fishing, resulting in squeaking and groaning and roughness.

when a manufacturer utilizes a one-piece aluminum frame, they say so. in the case of the orra SX, it says "aluminum frame" which indicates to me that it is not one-piece. if you want to go ABU garcia, spend the $20 more and get the revo S. the citica E is a fine reel too and i can also recommend you look at some of the BPS reels including the carbonlite and pro qualifier.
