Anyone know about any change in warranty for the Crucial series?

I went to register one online, and the Crucial's were not listed as having the limited lifetime warranty (neither was the Cumara).

The rod had the lifetime warranty attached to the handle when I got it, but it seems strange the way it was omitted on the website.

I plan on giving them a call, but not sure if they will be open today.

Any ideas?  :-/

where did you buy the rod?

Uh, shouldn't ever be seeing anything during the registration process, as far as rod models.  All that is required is for you to put the rod SKU in.  Sure you're at the right product registration screen?

The page came up after I submitted my registration.

This is what came up:

"Limited Lifetime Warranty

Rods included in this warranty program are Teramar, Convergence, Talora, Compre, Clarus, Specialty Bluewater, Calcutta, and Tallus."

They're still listed elsewhere on the site as having it.  I doubt they would warranty the lower end rods and dump the upper and mid range out of the clear blue.

Ya, seems strange. I would think it's still the same deal, just curious as to why it is listed the way it is...

I may try to call tomorrow just for the heck of it.

i am 100% sure the Cumara has the lifetime warranty.

The Crucial and Cumara are covered by our lifetime warranty. I'll have someone look into that page problem.
