a good reel for light topwater baits

From reading your question, I was wondering if you ever heard of punctuation.

I suggest the Sol or Chronarch 50mg if you're looking for a reel to cast small baits.  Both reels have plenty of power but also cast the lightweight baits. That being said, don't forget a quality rod that is suited for throwing small baits.

Most mid to upper level reels can handle light baits with the appropriate power/action rod. I think alot of reels get a bad rep from people trying to throw 1/16th lures on med hvy rods.

What's the price range you're trying to operate in?
