I am going to buy all new line for all my reels ? should i wait and buy next spring before i start or should i go ahead and do it now and be ready ? My thought is i dont wana get some old line thats been setting on shelves for ever . I wish they had a manufacturing date on them? I will be using mono and flouracarbon and maybe one with braid.

No worries with braid.  Flouro and copoly should be fine too.  STore ina cool dry place.  If you use KVD Line & Lure to pretreat the filler spools,they'll last a good long time.  I buy big spools, and soak them with KVD L&L.  Works great.

Also, look in the BPS catalog and bring the pages with you that illustrate the line you want to buy as sometimes the catalog's price is less than the in-store price and BPS will give you the catalog price.

You want to purchase your line from a store that sells lots of fishing tackle so the line will be as fresh as possible and not have sat on the shelf for a long time.

If you need new line, you should put on new line. If you think you can get by another trip or two, then get by another trip or two. Compared to all the other stuff we buy - line is still relatively cheap.

You can save a little bit on line by paying attention to close outs and stocking up and by buying service spools, the line is cheaper in larger quantities.

Sometimes throwing a minor hissy fit at the tackle store helps. Point out that you pay retail and don't say anything about alot of the stuff that you get, they can help you out once or twice a year with a great price on bulk spools of premium fluorocarbon. Do your research so that you get a "real" good price instead of a half-assed good price.

If you spool up now or around christmas the line will take a set. you don't want that. Wait until spring, buy the line, and respool then.

What do i know though, I change a spool out after a long day on the water. Fished Lake conroe one day last week. The line on the six reels I took with me was new. It will be changed before i head to Rayburn for a tournament next weekend.

Agree, spool your reels in the spring when the season starts for you, but you can buy it any time, since it makes no difference.  I am still using BPS 20lb Excel on a jumbo spool I was given eight years ago and it works just fine.
