Picked it up yesterday will tossing a jig around stumps.  It looks like it has been in the water since the spring.  Handle was very hard to turn but it did.

Is it worth sending off to get fixed?  I would imagine it will need some new parts.

If it is a lefty I might want to buy it from you?

If you'd like to send it in, I'll tear it down and evaluate. If it turns out to be more of an investment than you want to make, I'll return it for just the shipping.
