I have to put one of my bait caster to sleep! And I was looking at these 4 reels. I know that two of them are new and that the jury is still out on the two. But maybe someone has fished them by now. I do have a Carbon lite and I like it very much but I was thinking of asking to compare the 4 of these if possible!

PS= I am also looking at the new Shimano Caenan

I would not recommend the Orra. I have heard good things about the Caenan. Carbonlite is good for lighter baits, but otherwise there's really no NEED for an extra light reel.

For a few more bucks I would buy a Revo S. Great reel for that price.

I'd say Orra, Carbon Lite, or PQ. The others have graphite frames, which is a deal breaker for me.

I admire innovation (and the risk that goes with it), but I wouldn't go with an Enigma yet - too new (plus, it's got that nasty graphite frame). Of the rest, since I'm a BPS reel user, I'd go with another CL or the PQ - the choice depends on the applications you plan for the reel and the gear ratio that you think you need. As always with BPS reels, if you can ........................... wait for the sale !

I had an orra for about a month. It was very smooth and I liked the braking system, but the anti-reverse would fail at certain time so I sent it back.  I am not sure if this is a common problem or just an isolated incident.

Citica 200E, hands down.

Citica or CL are the best bet. Get a PQ though if you want a ratio besides 6.X:1
