Gander Mountain GSX Titanium Rods.

Featured Replies

I can get a medium 7'6" at a good price right now that would be perfect for crank baits to replace the Uglystick I've been using for a while. I really like the feel of them, and they lookwell made, but that can't say anything for durability or actual build quality. Anyone have some experience with them?

I just have handled (and own one) the cheaper Gander Mountain Rods. But I think American Rodsmiths makes them.

Whoa your profile picture looks like mine.  :)

I have one of the Titanium spinning rods. Really, REALLY great rod. Especially for the price. I got it on sale for like $45. They normally run in the $100 range I believe. If you can get a good deal, I'd say it would be worth every penny. It would definitely be a far cry better than your Ugly Stik.

I also noticed the similarity in your pictures! I also noticed that both of you guys look similar to me. I wear blue mirror tinted glasses when I fish as well. Very weird :)

I have two, 6.6"-ML spinning and 6.6"-M casting, very light and sensitive. I paid $69 each on sale, I also own 6 shimano clarus rods and gender mountain titanium are much better rods. Go for it!
