The magnets in the reel seem to have a red dot on different magnets. Some you can see it clearly, others are somewhat showing up, and like 1 or 2 you can not see it at all.

    That's from a marker.  The factory marks one of the poles of the magnet so they know which way to install it.

    It's just wierd to me that one has them and the other doesn't. My Pro qualifier doesnt have them either.

    On the reel that has marks; if you were to pry out the magnets that don't have marks...  you'd see the mark is on the other side.
