I know I am going to start trouble, but I am debating getting rid of my loomis IMX844c. I know this is  agreat rod, but is the imx that much better than something like a powell endurance? It terms of sensetivity, my carror stick (Older $150 version) is as sensetive as my loomis. I need some opinions on this. loomis or new powell?

    If you think your carrot stick is as sensitive as your IMX Loomis, I'm sure you'll love the Powell.

    Sounds like you might want to watch how much slack you have in your line....
