Ever since I was a kid Ive always seen this crazy looking reel on a backwards rod that I now use myself- a baitcaster...

My dad told me he bought it , used it once and it stayed on the rod rack since then.

Abu garcia Ambassador xlt 35th anniversary limited edition baitcaster with flipping switch, spare spool Made in Sweden, Paired with a 6'6 medium heavy abu garcia conolon bass lite graphite rod. Antique, mint condition though...

Id love to take it out one day just to see how far we've come and how advanced the technology was back during the first generation baitcasters, I think my dad would kill me though
