Lake Clyde, Tx.

Featured Replies

I have to be in Clyde Thursday for a couple of hours of business and was wondering if anyone knows anything about this or any other lake close by.  Then Friday I would like to fish somewhere between there and Mineral Wells.  Have a small tourney at Mineral Wells on Saturday and have only fished it once, so if you have any tips about this lake, I would appreciate that as well. :(

Thanks

If I were going that way, I'd opt for Lake Leon first with clyde and cisco being a secondary plan. Coleman lake is just south and is also a decent lake to fish. There is a little gem called Scarborough but it's very tough to get to and get into... a 4x4 truck is good to have there. Clyde was extremely low in the past few years and the fishing suffered. Lake Grahm is also nice and close to Mineral Wells.
