I need a good taxidermist

Featured Replies

My 15yr old son gave me the greatest Fathers Day gift today! He landed a 10.01 on Conroe. A feat that I have not yet achived! I have taken all measurments and photos and now I need to know who and where to get a replica made. I am open for suggestions!!!

Friendswood Tx? If so there should be a ton of places to get a replica made. from Kemah to Katy there is bound to be at least 1.

When it comes to replica's, it's all about the painting and finish.

One man's art is another man's eyesore.

Check out several taxidermists, view their work. Choose the one whose work impresses you the most.

That's good advice! Thanks.I'm hoping to find some recommendations for a few to check out in the Houston area because I don't know of any. "I" have never needed one until now. The taxidermist that advertises on the site shows some great work but I know of no one that has used that person. I have been told that a person in Woodville,Tx does so so work but I want better than "so so" for this fish!
