  I have a tournament next week at Truman. We are takeing off in the dam area at State Park. I want to fish down in the Osage around the Berry Bend area. Has anyone made this run before?   I have gps so if I run the channel I should be alright. Right?  Heard lots of horror stories from Truman putting holes in boats and eating lower units up.  Any help is appreciated.

    If your GPS marks the channel you will be fine.  I've fished Truman pretty extensively and my GPS (Lowrance) has the channel marked really well.
