IF YOU DON'T FEEL THAT LUCKY THERE ARE 4 WEIGH IN PERIODS EACH DAY. HEAVIEST FISH IN EACH OF THOSE GETS $1200.00,2ND HEAVIEST $1100.00 ETC. ETC. LAST YEAR THERE WERE FOUR 6 LB.,36 5 LB. , 72 4 LB. FISH THAT COLLECTED MONEY. NO TAKE OFF POINT, START FISHING AT 7 AM WHERE EVER YOU  WANT. THERE ARE THREE WEIGH IN LOCATIONS, ALHONNA, PB 2 AND RED OAK.

Last year there were 1500+ entrants so I think you might have some company!  I'll be rooting for ya!  I'd love to see some local KC boys win it.

Some buddies and I will be there, we are launching out of lynn creek... we had a college tournament last year when it was going on... talk about a ton of boats everywhere.

Well I didn't win it but I did get sixth the first two hours Saturday and won $600. Also weighed one that was 3.03 I thought I was gonna get the exact weight money for a minute there.   Spent the majority of Saturday afternoon at the hospital. My partner buried a rc 2.5 hook in his hand.

I didn't win , caught a 3 but it weighed 3.19. My son caught a 4.8 on Friday, a day early. It looks like 6.85 won it and you had to have a 4+ to get one of the 20 pay slots in each of the 8 weigh in periods. Better luck next year. There's going to be 2 one in April and the other in Oct.
