Hey guys....

I'lll be fishing Rayburn on March 17th and 18th for the ladies pro tour (LBAA)

I'll be getting there March 12th.  I've never seen the lake so any help you could send my way would be appreciated!!!!

I got much the same advice last year when I found that I was going to be spending time out of our Rusk office.

I think it was Fish For Dollars that gave me some specific things to look for.  He sent me into the bushes pitching jigs.  We found that fishing a LC Flat Mini in place of a lipless bait in the grass was putting better quality fish in the boat.  Did better around the Buck Bay and Caney area than anywhere else around Mid-March.  The water temps were off, though, rarely hitting the 60 degree mark.  (At least I was told it was off where it normally would be...)
