Rhode Island bassers is the season over???

Featured Replies

Hey all..

I am afraid to say, I think the bassin season here in Little Rhody is all but over. Not because of the weather so much as the lack of rain. Fished Wilson Reservoir in Burriville RI today and it was sad. 5'to 6' down. Sand Dam (Smith and Sayles Reservoir) is "dead" according to the association there. Over grown with weeds. Anyone else having luck in the RI area?? Most of the state boat ramps are inaccessible due to the water being so low.

Come on folks...CHEER ME UP!!! I'm not ready for winter yet!!

Upper Slatersville , Tiogue Lake look pretty full.  Patchaug just  over in Ct is still pretty full and was last week fishing well. Water temps are still 60 so things arent that bad.
