Would you fish here, I know I would

Featured Replies

This is on the opposite side of Lake K...

Water from Lake K flows through this area

If you look close you can see a swan in the distance, there is a pond there and water lead from that pond to another parallel to the on the swan is in.

You would need a jon boat or a kayak to get through here.

i like fishing skinny water like that though  other anglers cant get back in so the bass that live there are not pressured much at all

Looks similar to some ponds that I fish by canoe.  This season I'm gonna start using a kayak so I can get into even tighter stuff!!

I am going to find out if I could fish those ponds before attempting to borrow my friends canoe...

If those I ask give me permission or don't even know where I am talking about, then I am hitting the area hard!

What do you mean if you 'could' fish the pond?  Is it all private?

Can't fish it if you don't know where it is

Can't really fish much of it from shore

Can only fish it from a flat bottom 12ft (or smaller) boat canoe or kayak

Oh yeah I have never made it to the ponds, not sure if you are allowed to fish them. Though I believe one if not both are surrounded by cat tails

What is your definition of a swamp?

I do not think its a swamp and the water is pretty clean especially with the carp that swim through the area.

X2 Solid during the winter, almost dry in the summer.

Dry through the summer one year and that was a  year where all lakes that I know went down 5-10 ft

I have never seen this area dry

LOOKS LIKE A GOOD PLACE TO SHOOT SOME DUCKS... ;)
