Hit a small pond yesturday in RI where I got my 7.2lb LM last year. Best five went around 15lbs w/lunker going 5.3 posted under tourny's and outings. What a gorgeous day!

It was nice up in Nh yesterday,I dont think it quite made 70 but it sure felt good.I didn't get a chance to fish though,Sometimes the work thing gets in the way of my fun :;) Maybe this afternoon before the cold rain comes in for the weekend.

have fun jim

It's called taking a Looong lunch, haha!!  I work right up the street from a nice fishing pond.  No luck as of yet from the shore though!!  I hate seeing a bunch of bass boats out in the middle catching fish while I can't get one on the hook from the shore!!  I got a couple actual hits, finally, but nothing that stayed on the hook.

Borrowing a canoe for the weekend, I don't care if it's raining or not, I'm gonna get out into the middle of the lake and catch some fish!

It hit about 67 but sure felt 70 here on Cape Cod. I fished an AWESOME 350 acre pond in Brewster and we got 3 smallies over 4lbs and I got a 4lb largemouth and about 8 smallies and a few largemouth. We just "camped out" right in front of the mouth of the herring run that empties into it and fished suspending jerkbaits. It was an awesome day. Water Temp was 46-50 degrees!

Sounds like a ball! I'm hitting Worden's  pond(RI) Saturday and Mashpee/Wakeby on Sunday. I can only hope to have as good as a  day you had!
