Ohio River, KY & Tenn River at Paducah & Smithland pool

Looking for some fishing conditions & fishing reports at Paducah, KY on the Ohio, KY & Tenn Rivers & the Smithland pool. I have a tournament in a couple weeks. I am not asking for spots. I am just curious what the water conditions have been, what patterns are going on, and water temps. What has it been taking to win tournament there? Thanks in advanced for any info.

    All of the river and Smithland pool are low Water.   I don't fish the river much so I cannot help with a pattern report but on the Lake their is no pattern now.  The fish are in a transition period and all over the place.  The water temp is around 77 deg now
