Has anyone been out on the Potomac yet this year?  Wondering how the fishing has been up around the Spoils & Blue Plains?

    Wish I could help you out in the areas you're asking about. I've only hit the power plant discharges in Washington and Montgomery counties. Hopefully, some others can help you outwith the conditions in your neck of the woods!
