Northern Maine Trip 2009

Featured Replies

Had a great time as always.Weather was above normal this year.Water temp was 58 when we got to camp and went as high as 75 in shallow coves at the end of the week ,unheard of for this time of year. The main thing is that the fish cooperated......The black flies and mosquitos where the worst I have seen in 10 years and I have the bites to show for it.Here are some pics from the trip.

nice fish , what lake where you on that you found 75 deg. water? I haven't seen anything close to that temp. and I have been fishing from so. maine to mid state. I understand if you don't want to say , once again though nice fish.

Nice fish.  It's cool that your dog can just hang on the boat with you.  I could never get my dog to mellow out like that.
