Early Ice Out

Featured Replies

If things keep going the way they are with this nice weather, looks like the boat is going to be in the water on April 1st, start of Maine's open water season. In the immortal words of Ren & Stimpy.... HAPPY, HAPPY, JOY, JOY...... ;D ;D ;D

Connecticut, most of Mass, and RI are all open!!!

I already have 4 bass in the boat this year out of the sub 40* water. :D

Happy joy joy had the boat out today, no fish but that's why they call it fishing.

Warm up that moose and get out there ;D

Still some ice in Mass, managed to catch a fish in about 20 ft of open water, probably by this weekend we should be all clear. Your so close!!!  :D

Crap! I should of stoped in the Northeast section first cause I just made a post like this in the General fishing thread. There is open water around the edges of some of the lakes I fish and the Ice is very dark. :D

I'll have the ol'Coleman Crawdad out on some open water this weekend here in Upstate NY! I can't wait to get the Triton out of the garage looks like it may be a great erly season.
