Any member in the Erie Pa. area, that fish Presque Isle area?

I have twice.  Both times have sucked.  I went on May 20th - 22nd and didn't do so great.  I caught fish in the bay but not any of size.  I tried the lake but couldnt get any thing to bite.  If I were to fish the bay again I wouldn't target smallies i would go after largies.

Smallies in the bay average between 2# - 4#, with a few 5+# at times.

The main lake areas tend to hold the big girls.
