south florida on land fishing spots

In south florida for me it has been extremely hard to find a good place to fish with a high success rate. And without a boat it makes it even harder. If anyone knows of a place to fish on land where i can just catch a fish i would appreciate it. I am 13 and if i could catch a fish i would be more than satisfied. Also include what lures you would use in this spot. Thank you and any replies will be great.

The canals can be very tuff this time of the year. If you want some easy fishing "maybe" i can get you in some of the rock pits off of Krome at the end of 88th.
