Percy Priest

Featured Replies

Anyone fished priest lately?  I was out there for a few hrs last saturday and got skunked.  My buddy caught a nice 5lb striper but that was the only fish of the day.  We may go back sometime soon and I am looking for a point in the right direction.

We have been catching a few on crawdad colored 300 bandits. It has been pretty slow lately. It looks like we may have some warmer weather this week, maybe it will turn them on.

Me and my partner fished a little while this afternoon. We had 5 on crawdad bandits and the other two were caught on rattle traps. We had two that were about three lbs, and the rest were 13 - 15 inches. All of them were out of Stewart's creek.

It's been tough with all the fronts coming through. Water is just now warming up, so we shoud have big waves of fish moving shallow.

I am going this weekend. Will report back.

off subject but how much longer will they be pulling water out of Priest? i drove over the stones river coming to work this morning and the water was ripping. just curious.
