Nice one today.

Featured Replies

Left straight from work to get to the new honey hole to meet my good friend for some fishing. Turns out he had to get home early. I decided I would go without him. Caught five. Most 2-3 pounds. One had to be at least 4.5 but its hard to tell since I botched the photo.

Thanks guys.

After I caught that one I noticed a little fish just hangin out near the shore. Maybe three, four feet in the water. It was really brown. I was thinking, "Small mouth? In here?"   So I tossed my spinnerbait past it, and slow rolled it passed the fish, and it kinda followed it and stopped. I did it again, but this time I tried to run into the thing. WHAM! It wasn't a Fish, It was the head of a HUGE snapping turtle.  :-[ ;D

Thanks okrod.

Yes, there are Smallies in there. I caught a 3 pounder when I was with Drums last spring.     Good job being tight lipped. ;) Oh, and nice fish!

Sorry Rob, Not the same spot that we talked about. Just a few large ponds connected by drainage runoffs. It was shown to me by a friend of a friend and was asked to keep it hush hush. Your a pond hopper though so you may have already fished it. ;D

Heres a pic of another one. I Didn't have anywhere to put the camera.
