Flying out of Richmond tomorrow evening, and into Minneapolis, then catching an hour flight north to Bemidji,MN!  The driving to Park Rapids, MN to see my older brother.  Stoked about the trip, I usually only get to see him once a year at the holidays.  Plenty of fishing will be done as he's got a pretty nice boat.  I'll take plenty of pics, going for Walleye, but I hope to get some bass fishing done too.

Sam:  Yes, I think it will beat Lake Rooty, but it's a bit more of a haul to get there

Well I got back into Richmond last night at midnight, plane was delayed out of Minneapolis for quite sometime.

Fished for 5 hours on Thursday, 4 hours on Friday, 5 hours on Saturday, and another 3.5 on Sunday morning.  All in all, caught 11 fish.

The bass weren't huge, and the Northerns were actually small for the lakes we were on.  I think the largest Northern I had was about 22 inches.  I had never done any "Trolling Fishing" before but apparently it's all they do up there.  I did have the chance to snag 4 of the bass on Topwater which was fun as always.  

I'll try getting some pictures posted this afternoon!
