Put the canoe in the Potomac in Alexandria, caught 12 lmb total, nothing bigger than 2 lbs, but most were between 1 and 2.  Pretty equally divided between a Zoom dropshot worm in camo and a 1/4 oz gold spinnerbait with brown/gold skirt.  Fish came off isolated grass clumps near current in 2-4 ft of water.  If you can find a clear water/murky water edge, that seemed to help.  Pretty murky water today, but better fishing than I thought.  Broke one off on the worm on the hookset that would've ben 4 or 5ish (lbs, not inches)
