Chick

Featured Replies

I'll be fishing a tournament at the chick river on the 18th. I fished a tourny there two weekends ago but it was very slow and produced only 1 limit. How would you approach the chick if you were to fish it next weekend. What would you throw? Where would you fish? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The whole month of October has been extremely tough on all of the rivers around here. I think the summer/fall transition has thrown the bite off, just like it does every year.

However I did talk to some people who fished the Chick river Classic and the winner had 12lbs, which is a pretty good bag for that river, so hopefully the fall bite has started to pick up.
