Been absolutely wearin' the fish out on my 2 new favorite artificial baits. Landed about 20 bass in the last 2 days on them. Never really been a fan of Zoom products and didn't think I ever would be. However, I decided to give a couple of the more popular ones a try this week and I am glad I did. So here are 2 new favorite baits:

Zoom Super Fluke:

And a few of the many bass I've landed over the last couple days with these 2 baits. The 2 bass on the ground next to my reel are both about 4 to 5-lb range.

Also tried a Rapala Sub Walk and caught some fish with it but didn't find it to be as effective with all the Bass a couple feet from the shoreline on their beds. So aside from their worms, what other Zoom baits do I need to try next?

         Those are really nice fish!  One thing I always do on the Brush Hog is tear the bottom connection on the arms so they flop around.  I love the bait.  It is great!  The two other Zoom products that I use are the Horny Toad and the Trick Worm.  I like a watermellon seed on the Horny Toad and Junebug on the Trick Worm in Florida.

What's the difference between the 'super' fluke and a regular fluke?  I like fishing with a fluke.  Is it better?  I might have to give that a try!

When im not gigging bass im usually using a watermellon seed or watermelon red super fluke.......

Zoom makes some great baits. The finesse worms are my favorite. The brush hogs are awesome baits also. I don't know what you use for finesse worms but I think zoom is the best. I have seen others that look better in the water, but for me zoom always out produces, could be a confidence thing? Since your in Florida=bigger bass you can probably use the trick worms as finesse worms on a jig head. If your fishing around grass better throw some junebug.

Yep, Jessica Simpson and Pam Anderson both get an A+ in the artificial department! Also, parental discretion is advised when fishing with either of them. ;D

Agreed.  I am a big fan of the lizards, trick and finesse worms, and craws (although the Paca Craws are the best).

Speed Craw is great Tx rigged or as a jig trailer

Finesse Worm and new Shaky Worm great on a shaky head

Trick worm is great as a floating worm in spring, also good on Carolina Rig

Super Chunk and Super Chunk, Jr. awesome jig trailers

10" Ole Monster Worm is the bomb for deep structure fishing in Summer

6" and 8" Lizards are great for TX and Carolina Riggin

Super Hog is a terrific Creature Bait for flippin grass

Centipede is a killer on a Carolina Rig when the fish are off the Lizard.

Zoom has the best line-up of plastics on the market IMHO. Great variety of shapes, sizes, and colors, and they are a good value. Loaded with salt.

Only baits they make that I don't use are their tubes, mid sized worms, and the Horny Toad. I prefer Prowler Tubes, Culprit worms, and Stanley Ribbit toads.

X2 on everything shad cranker said.

Might I add that if you are from florida the trickworm is a real mother around here.The fish will really begin to hate you.
