I haven't fished there this year, but the fishing is good, if you look for it.  The best area is the section of lake on the other side of the Jefferson Avenue/I-64 bridge.  The lake is pretty good.  Not my favorite, but it will produce decent fish.

    Friend fishes it all the time in his Jon boat.

    He is learning and is not proficient but he does OK.

    Usually one or two bass each trip.

    He fishes the area Micro suggested.  :)
