I was just wondering what you guys fish at Charlie Elliots if anyone has been there. I fish on shore and it seems like everyone just uses a bobber and hook to catch bluegill, bream and crappie, but I am looking for bass. After going there for a few days I have learned that soft plastics like weightless flukes and senkos seem to be the best, but i was wondering if any of y'all had any different lures or even techniques.

Thanks, at first we tried smaller lakes and had no luck, but my brother (bigfish88) found some really good lakes that produce some quality bass with soft plastics.

And when I say lakes I mean the smaller ones.

You ever fish CE any more these days?  Let me know if you're ever headed over that way, as I'd like to get over there again and pick your brain.
