Anyone been fishing the refute lately? I may take a quick trip out there next week, but with all this rain I am thinking they are pushed way back into the flats making them hard to find.  My snook freezer is already full, so I need to get a bass fix  :P

I haven't been out to lox wildlife in a few months but I bet it is full of hydrila.

South end of Lox has high water and thick hydrilla.

The bite has been very slow, early mornings are your best bet.

Hey Bassin, if you got a open seat in december at okeechobee, shoot me an email or give me a call. I will be off the last 2 weeks in december.

Glades,

Absolutely. Maybe we can get Mr. Boca to go with us, he's the pro/guide for out there. My Uncle will be going with me so 3 in the boat is going to be tight.

I have been craving a trip out there with fellow anglers, maybe we can ride in your wake Bassn, I'll bring Glades along.  That way we can explore around under Boca's supervision  ;).  I hear Indian Prairie canal area is on fire right now.

I fished north lox about 3 weeks ago and it was pretty good. caught a dozen or so in a morning with some quality.

Went back a week later and it was up 4 inches and rising. caught 4. It is up even more now.  >:(
