Buddy took me to a private pond, got this guy on a White/red spinnerbait moderate speed bouncing off the bottom.

Excellent job Simon!!!!!!!!!  You guys are getting me fired up to get out and hook a couple!  I was outside today workin and all I could think about is how bad I wanted to fish in that beautiful weather....windy or not!

Yep its a new model that Wilderness just came out with. It's more of a Kayak+Canoe hybrid so it's really stable and it's pretty darn light.

This is just day 1 though and those southern boys on the site can bust out some really nice fish so I'm not getting my hopes up! 

Maybe we can get out a few times this year. I'm over at KBF as well. (AnF)
