My son and I hit Pickwick Sunday. Launched at State Park near dam and fished headwater to Alabama border. Started at 930am and fished to about 4pm. Slow am but afternoon picked up. Water was 44 when we started and 47 at the end of the day. Drop shot, jerk, and redeye shad. Red eye produced three quality LG mouth in about 8 ft near drop offs in ship channel. Hunting for smallies but no hook-ups... Going to hit it next weekend in warmer weather! Anyone going?
