Hi all - I am soon going to be moving to Lake Carlton Arms apartments in Lutz, Florida. There is a nice 200 acre lake in which I hear the fishing is pretty good and I would like to know if anyone has ever fished there and more specifically if they allow small boat with ELECTRIC TROLLING MOTOR. Thanks

    i havent fished that one but i have fished the lakes near by at calusa trace apartments next door and the fishing ha always been good, lots of pike though

    Usually where you find the Chain Pickerel you will find bass.

    Johnny there always seem to be a lot of jack's wherever you happen to be fishing.     ;D

    I fished the lake in there many moons ago. Certainly could have an electric back then. I'd be shocked if you couldn't have one.

    If they don't, get into a kayak.   :)
